Sozen a la Excelencia en la Investigaci\u00f3n Estructural al art\u00edculo \u201cRefined Three-Dimensional Strut-And-Tie Model For Analysis And Design Of Four-Pile Caps (Modelo refinado tridimensional de bielas y tirantes para el an\u00e1lisis y dise\u00f1o de encepados sobre cuatro pilotes)\u00bb , elaborado por Pedro Miguel Sosa y Luis Pallar\u00e9s, catedr\u00e1ticos ambos del Departamento de Ingenier\u00eda de Construcci\u00f3n de la Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Val\u00e8ncia (UPV) pertenecientes al Instituto de Ciencias y Tecnolog\u00eda del Hormig\u00f3n (ICITECH); Carlos Mel\u00e9ndez, doctor ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos por la UPV; y Juan Sagaseta, Senior Lecturer en la Universidad de Surrey (Guildford, Inglaterra) y doctor por el Imperial College London.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se trata de la primera vez que investigadores espa\u00f1oles obtienen este reconocimiento, a\u00f1adiendo de este modo sus nombres a un listado de premiados que incluye, desde la creaci\u00f3n del galard\u00f3n en 1972, a aut\u00e9nticas eminencias del sector como Michael Collins, Oguzhan Bayrak, Antoine E. Naaman, Gustavo J. Parra-Montesinos, Aurelio Muttoni, James O. Jirsa, John E. Breen, James G. MacGregor, Frank J. Vecchio, Arthur H. Nilson y Denis Mitchell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abSi el hecho de que nos publiquen un art\u00edculo en&nbsp;<em>ACI Structural Journal<\/em>&nbsp;es ya un m\u00e9rito en s\u00ed mismo\u201d, indica el profesor Pedro F.
